Ed Sheeran is retiring at the age of 28

Famous British musician Ed Sheeran has announced that he is retiring at the age of only 28 after earning millions.
The author of one of the most famous songs worldwide, which ranked 17th on the list of Britain's richest musicians this year, told fans that the Divide tour was his last and that he would retire from the stage afterwards so he could spend more time with his wife Cherry Seaborn, who she's been dating since high school.

Driven by emotion, he shared the news with fans on stage during a performance at Chantry Park in Ipswich.

"As you may or may not know, I've been on the Divide tour for over two years and this is the last day of it all. There's something very sweet about it all, I'm really glad you're here and everything ends in Ipswich. This we are certainly the last gig in the next 18 months. We played all over the world. In Glastonbury, at Wembley Stadium. In beautiful places in America, New Zealand, Australia, Asia and South America, it was a crazy trip, "Ed said.

His Divide tour had the opportunity to be enjoyed by 9 million people worldwide, making it the biggest tour ever, writes British media.
