Every order leaves the Paris atelier the same day if it's placed before noon, the next morning otherwise. We work with carriers we've actually tested — La Poste for France (Lettre Suivie, Colissimo, Chronopost) and DHL, UPS or Delivengo for international destinations.

Tracking goes to your email the moment your order leaves the atelier. If you don't see it within 24 hours of dispatch, check spam — then write to care@ultrabasic.com and we'll resend.
Customs duties and import taxes — covered by us. On every international order, including the United States, we pay all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No surprise charges on delivery, no matter where you live.
RETURNS
Thirty days, no paperwork loop
30 days from delivery to send the piece back. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging.
- How: email care@ultrabasic.com with your order number — return label sent the same day.
- Refund: processed within 5–7 business days of receipt at our atelier.
- Exchanges: swap for another size or colour while stock allows.
- Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 7 days — replacement or full refund, your call.
