Orders dispatch from France within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays dispatch on the next business day. Shipping prices and available delivery estimates depend on your destination, cart and chosen method and are shown at checkout before payment. We work with carriers we've actually tested — La Poste for France (Lettre Suivie, Colissimo, Chronopost) and DHL, UPS or Delivengo for international destinations.

Customs duties and import taxes — covered by us. On every international order, including the United States, we pay all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No surprise charges on delivery, no matter where you live.
RETURNS
Thirty days, no paperwork loop
30 days from delivery to send the piece back. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging.
- How: email care@ultrabasic.com with your order number — return label sent the same day.
- Refund: processed within 5–7 business days of receipt at our atelier.
- Exchanges: swap for another size or colour while stock allows.
- Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 7 days — replacement or full refund, your call.
